I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome. The location was perfect, just around 200m from the train station in a bustling area with restaurants and shopping. Despite the busy surroundings, I found the hotel to be quiet and cozy, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful stay. The staff was exceptional, with Francesco being approachable, helpful, and always going the extra mile. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a newly renovated bathroom that had beautiful Italian details. the hotel provided great value for money and I left with great memories.

The pictures on the website did not match the reality. the room was smaller than expected and there was a lack of basic amenities like enough towels, toilet paper, or even a trash can.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was extremely well kept and designed, offering plenty of space for us. The staff were very attentive and friendly whenever we came across them. The location was great, as it was a short walking distance to two tram stations that take you all the way into central areas. This made it convenient for us to explore the city and visit popular attractions such as museums. Additionally, we enjoyed the proximity to Vondelpark, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options, including breads, pastries, spreads, eggs, poffertjes. the hotel staff were very thoughtful and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We loved the location of this hotel, it was perfectly near our friend's place and close to the metro which is then only a short 15 min ride into the centre of this city. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was spotless, and we appreciated the transportation options available with it being located really close to the metro station.
